About Libby Holloway
Ms. Holloway is a Certified member of the International Society of Appraisers and was recently elected to the Board of Directors and selected to serve as the Secretary. This is the highest level of recognition available from a respected and internationally known organization. She and her associates regularly attend continuing education courses in the fields of antiques and the legal side of appraisal report writing so they can offer you the most up-to-date and complete knowledge.
We offer appraisals for a number of uses including: insurance valuation, damage insurance claims reports, estate valuation and planning, equitable distribution and charitable donation. We also offer consultations for knowledgeable buying and selling.
Our reports meet the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) for all reports and guidelines issued by the IRS for related reports. We also adhere to the Code of Ethics as put forth by the International Society of Appraisers.
